Sound "Bites": Viva South America!
We've been getting some great feedback about the items on our Viva South America! menu. The unique flavor profile of Aji de Gallina--combining chicken, yellow spicy peppers, and coconut milk, among other ingredients--has been gaining some fans. One satisfied diner declared it "another winner!" among our soups. The Red Snapper has been called "Exquisite!" and "Out of this world!" Many have suggested that it should become a menu mainstay. And the Tres Leches Cake! One woman decided it would be her perfect breakfast, and others have taken home extra slices for later because one piece just isn't enough. (Moist sponge cake with whipped cream, a thin layer of raspberry preserves and a light sprinkling of chocolate shavings--how could you go wrong?)
