April Features: Paris in the Springtime
Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra both sang about how much they loved Paris in the Springtime, and we're singing about it this April too. From the soups and starters to the entrees, desserts, and wines, we are taking our cues from classic French cuisine this month. Enjoy the Salade au Chèvre Chaud (mixed greens with dried fig, walnuts, and Dijon vinaigrette with a warm goat cheese crouton), the Coquilles Saint-Jacques à la Provençale (a traditional and rich scallop appetizer), or the Boeuf Bourguignon, the dish made famous in Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking in 1961.
