Now Serving Our Spring/Summer Menu!
Our Spring/Summer menu has arrived, and it holds some tasty new additions that we hope you'll enjoy!
We've added some new local features for the summer: Try our Cuban Sandwich made with J&J Farm roast Pork, Clover Creek Swiss Cheese, and Lycoming Bakery bread or our Whiskey-Pepper Pork Ribeye with its super flavorful and slightly spicy sauce made from Dad's Hat Whiskey, Piper's Peck peppers, and Lost Hollow honey. Deliciously local!
If you're in the mood for seafood, we've added three new choices: Mirin-Glazed Sea Bass with fresh snow pea/mango slaw; Spice-Rubbed Tuna with a chilled succotash salad of edamame, corn, black-eyed peas, and mango; and Bacon-Wrapped Scallops served with a zesty gazpacho risotto that perfectly balances the saltiness of the bacon with garden-fresh flavors.
In addition to these new items and some returning favorites, we'll also be adding to your dining experiences this summer with our feature menus centering on seasonal seafood such as Soft Shell Crab and Day Boat Scallops. We have an entire summer of delicious tastes planned for you!
