Tender, fresh sheets of Fasta & Ravioli Co. pasta layered with Hidden Pond ground beef, Creamery ricotta, local and Italian cheeses, and classic marinara sauce. Served with the local vegetable of the day.

Local Chef's Mac & Cheese
Fresh, local fusilli pasta from Fasta & Ravioli & Co., with a rich cheese sauce made from local cream & Amish-made Goot Essa cheddar. Served with local vegetable of the day. (v)

Wild Mushroom & Chevre Pappardelle
Wide ribbons of pasta, with a sauté of PA mushrooms and a creamy sauce made with Marsala wine, herbs, and Byler’s Dairy chevre. (v)

Gnocchi with Red Pepper Pesto Cream Sauce
Italian-style potato dumplings tossed with a decadent sauce of our house-made red pepper pesto and local Meyer Dairy cream. (v)

Harrison’s Famous Grilled Cheese
Four kinds of cheese—Cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, & American—and lots of it, served on whole grain bread. A sandwich fit for the gods on Mount Olympus, according to one avid fan! (v) (bread substitutions not available)

Around June 1, we start receiving regular deliveries of freshly harvested vegetables from our local farmers. Ask your server what’s fresh from the farm today! (v)
