Fresh pasta from local Fasta & Ravioli co. with an ambrosial cheese sauce made from local cream & Amish-made Goot Essa cheddar—topped with Pa potato chips. (v)
Italian-style potato dumplings sautéed with local sausage, white beans, spinach, thyme, basil, & parmesan.
